As every business directory, we have some rules for publishing companies, proposal requests and products.
We encourage users to publish their company information into the Business section, and not in the Proposal requests section. Proposal Requests are for users that want something from a business, and not viceversa. If you want to appear at the top, you might as well complete your business details, since the companies that appear upfront are the ones that have updated their information recently. Other way is to buy a Featured Ad.
If you are a company, but you publish your information into the proposal requests section, you might be banned from one of our administrators.
Now, as we said, proposals requests should be posted by users that want more information about a certain product, and accept direct offers. Company owners should privately message this client, and not post another proposal request in response for the one that the client made. If you do that, you might be banned by one of our admins. You can also respond the proposal request, so try to use this form instead of publishing a new proposal request. In order to respond the proposal request you are interested in, you just need to click the "Respond request" button on the Proposal Profile and fill in the form.
For products, every company can upload their products into their business listing, so please don’t create a new business for every product you offer, because that might get you banned, not only the 200 companies you created for each one of your products, but your company itself as well. Upload your products in the control panel of your company listing, and that’s pretty favoured by us. As a matter of fact, companies that put their products on where they belong (at the products section), appear higher on our search results.
Also, you don't have to upload 2000 products manually, you just can use our RSS feed link to upload them automatically.
Last, but not least, we don’t want you to get upset by this, because in every website there are a set of rules for the users population coexistence in harmony. This is just our set of rules, and we love that you and everyone else respects them.
