Often we have several requests for doing things that aren’t allowed by us, or that we don’t have implemented (yet), so we want you to know which things we can do, and which things we can’t.
For example, we cannot sell you our database. We have affiliation and partnership programmes, but at the Support center, we can’t sell it directly.
Another thing we cannot do is to position your marker in the map. First because we don’t know all existing streets, postcodes, and towns around the world, but also because we haven’t implemented it. In order to do that you can position your marker in the map dragging it to it’s rightful position.
We can modify your information by your request, answer every question you have about the site, offer you support -and some users thinks they have to pay to receive support, well, all the support we give is free of charge!!-, and help you regain your listing if someone listed your company as theirs. But we cannot delete your information from other sites that are not Tuugo, so please don't insist.
