When you make a Proposal Request, you should add as many contact details as possible, in order to help companies contact you. Try to add at least one contact detail, such as phone number, mobile number, or e-mail.
Other possibility, is to contact the company using the information provided by the companies itselves.
Inside every company listing you can click in the button “Contact” , in which case an e-mail will arrive directly at the company. This kind of message is private, and other users cannot see it. Other way is to look for the phone number, fax or mobile number provided by the company on the listing.
And also you can see at the left a button that says "Interested? Contact us"
You can, as well, while looking into a search result, contact the company of your preference.
